Today we are discussing Gun Safety, Reasons Kids Shouldn’t Transition, and Adam Schiff doesn’t know how to look up wages of employees of large companies.
So welcome back, quick disclaimer that I have had some things come up over past week and caught COVID for a second time and had a sore throat for two days, despite being vaccinated and boosted and infected in past. Closest to me caught it, all of them, haha! Moving onto Gun Safety. Despite claiming guns cause violence I have rarely, only rumored, hear of a gun going off on its own, nonetheless killing someone. But they want to restrict our Second Amendment Rights that allowed us to stand up to Foreign and Domestic threats, like our Government forcing people against their will to do something. But, criminals use guns to kill. Yes, but most criminals buy their guns from the black-market, which is perpetuated by Cartels and thieves. Adam Schiff admitted that gun trafficking is the real issue in a tweet.
Yet there has been reference that death of teens due to “guns” is up because of an uptick in gun ownership. according to NPR and several other news sources: Accidental Shootings By Children Are Up During The Pandemic : NPR NY Times supports this with reference to intentional violence. Other is accidental deaths, each is due to a loaded and unsecured firearm wielded by a child. So, first off... if you are going to buy a gun, while waiting for approval for pistol permit, you can do some steps. 1. Another thing is to keep gun unloaded and ammo in a separate spot. Most people I know keep gun in a locked container and ammo in a different locked container. Unless you are trying to prevent crime, which is why people bought guns so much in past two years. According to OPS Gender-Affirming Care and Young People (hhs.gov) this includes puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and surgical transition. However, lets talk about children, they cannot legally have sex with anyone older than 18 when 17, and 16 and under in NYS is statutory except the Romeo Juliet Clause (kids of same age range). This also means in most cases and states that parents cannot give consent for a minor to have sex. Therefore, minors cannot make this decision because they are not mentally capable. Let’s talk about chemical castration of sex offenders is only legal in 9 states and is mostly banned. “The reasons they gave for that opinion was that MPA hadn’t yet been determined as being safe and reliable (it still hasn’t!), and also because there were issues in obtaining getting informed consent under these circumstances.” according to John English from Chemical Castration in The United States: What You Need to Know! (sexcrimeattorneys.com) You don’t have to agree, it’s just fact that it’s not safe, reliable, and if requires consent you can’t force. So, chemical castration requires consent or is just banned altogether, remember that. Also, female genital mutilation is illegal in the US on anyone under 18 no matter what, even if they go out of the country for ceremonial and return. It does significant damage according to Government U.S. Government Fact Sheet on Female Genital Mutilation or Cutting (FGM/C) (state.gov), this was ensured passed by Nancy Pelosi, the liberal Democrat. So, it is illegal to mutilate females genitals under 18. I assume this could be passed onto boys... Circumcision is a common religious practice and has been know to damage sensation, but also reduces UTIs and STD’s according to Circumcision | Circumcision Benefits | MedlinePlus
So, female genital mutilation and chemical castration are illegal in most cases.
PBS states that there are not enough studies to show that puberty blockers have no side effects but used on kids under 8-9 that hit puberty to ensure time to grow before the rapid growth and neurological changes, which are stalled and may have major impacts on those two things. Also, that giving excess opposite sex hormones may have long-term consequences
“There are so many unanswered questions around the long-term consequences, and whether your health risk profile really becomes that of a male or female,” Garofalo says. “If we start testosterone today, will you have the cardiac risk profile of a male or female as you grow older? Will you develop breast cancer because we’re administering estrogen?
“I think those are the unanswered questions that really trouble me, and can only be answered with long-term follow-up studies.”
Therefore, the kids are experiments too. Using this logic children can’t consent, parents can’t consent because it is life altering and they cannot normally consent to other body modifications for kids under 16 anyways (piercings and tattoos are 16-18 in some states with parental consent, mainly because tattoos are irreversible. Genital mutilation is illegal for minors, at least females. And you cannot use chemicals on sex offenders in most cases, so... how can they justify using this on children. You may notice that sex changes require fully developed adults. Otherwise, I don’t care what you choose to do with your body as an adult, but no one should do this to a child, in fact it’s illegal in most situations, but not children... Get OUT OF HERE!

Small businesses cut hiring because they cannot afford the wages and benefits because they are not rich. According to CNBC small employers will likely lay off employees

Forbes states that in 2017 the increases resulted in negative consequences, closing.
Rob Todd from Fundera discusses with small business owner who claims she cannot pass increased wages to consumers and is already working more unpaid hours herself because of increases and fears the worst.
The idea that employees will work harder with higher wages is flawed. There is an 80/20 concept that 80% will just do minimum if at all and 20% of employees pick up the slack. According to The One Brief "Pay didn’t feature higher than the third position in any region – and failed to even make it into the top five in North America.”
There are a lot of reasons there could be benefits to minimum wage increases, but realistically it would only help employees of big Corporations, about half the employers in US according to Small Business Statistics Archives - Small Business Trends (smallbiztrends.com)
With that, lets wrap up, gun safety over restrictions on Second Amendment, I don’t care what you do as an adult... but children should not be chemically or surgically castrated for gender transition, and wages have increased due to people refusing to work and out of the workforce, meaning not looking for jobs or past 6 months of unemployment after benefits run out, decreasing unemployment rates while employers have an employee shortage so people can “find themselves” or change careers, do that while in school. I worked on my MBA while working fulltime at a large bank, I was laid off and only reason was for a promotion I wanted to eventually get in the future. I had been promoted to full time in less than 6 months, to an assistant supervisor hotline, to a Senior Operations analyst in Default Mortgage Banking, Loss Mitigation. Otherwise, I regret going to college for a four-year degree when a two-year community college business degree would have gotten my foot well into the door.
